How to Return an Item

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@abondir.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

3. Ship Your Return: We will provide you with a return shipping label. Securely package your item and drop it off at the designated shipping location.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.

Important Notes

- Custom or Personalized Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be covered by Abondir.
